How No-Tools Installation Actually Works

We know “no tools” sounds too good to be true—but our engineering team spent two years perfecting a bracket system that really delivers. Each No-Tools Mini Blind ships with spring-loaded mounting brackets that grip the inside edges of your window frame using controlled tension, not screws or adhesive.
You slide the brackets into place at the top corners of your frame, press down to engage the grip pads, then drop the headrail into the bracket slots. The telescoping headrail adjusts from 23 to 36 inches, so you get a custom fit without measuring or cutting. When you’re ready to move or redecorate, lift the headrail out and release the brackets—your walls and frames stay pristine.
Materials & Construction Quality

We manufacture every No-Tools Mini Blind with commercial-grade 1-inch aluminum slats—the same material you’d find in premium custom blinds, but with our exclusive no-drill hardware. Aluminum resists moisture, won’t warp in humid bathrooms or sun-drenched kitchens, and maintains its shape year after year.
The headrail is reinforced steel with a powder-coated finish that matches your slat color. Our cordless lift mechanism uses a self-locking gear system—raise or lower the blinds to any height, and they stay put until you adjust them again. No dangling cords means safer homes for families with young children or pets.
Sizing & Fit for Your Windows

Measuring Your Window Frame
Our No-Tools Mini Blinds fit standard windows 23 to 36 inches wide and up to 64 inches tall. Measure the inside width of your window frame at the top, middle, and bottom—use the narrowest measurement to ensure the brackets fit snugly. The frame depth (front to back) must be at least 1 inch for the brackets to grip properly.
If your windows fall outside this range, we offer custom no-tools blinds in widths up to 72 inches and lengths up to 96 inches. Custom orders ship within 5 business days and include the same tool-free installation system.

Your No-Tools Mini Blinds Questions Answered
Yes—our patented spring-loaded brackets use controlled tension against the inside edges of your window frame to create a secure grip. The brackets distribute pressure evenly across reinforced contact points, so the blinds won't slip or fall even with daily use.
We've tested the system with blinds weighing up to 4 pounds across thousands of open-close cycles. As long as your window frame has at least 1 inch of depth and is made of wood, vinyl, or metal, the brackets hold firmly without any hardware.
Our standard No-Tools Mini Blinds fit windows 23 to 36 inches wide and up to 64 inches tall. The telescoping headrail adjusts within that width range, and you can order custom lengths if your windows are taller.
For windows wider than 36 inches or with unique shapes, we offer custom no-tools blinds made to your exact measurements. Custom orders use the same bracket system and ship within 5 business days.
Absolutely—one of the biggest advantages of no-tools installation is portability. Lift the headrail out of the brackets, release the bracket tension clips, and move them to your next window or your next home.
The brackets and blinds can be installed and removed dozens of times without losing grip strength. This makes them ideal for renters, military families, or anyone who redecorates frequently.
Yes—our cordless lift mechanism eliminates dangling cords that pose strangulation hazards. You raise and lower the blinds by hand, and the self-locking gear system holds them at any height without loops, chains, or pull cords.
This design meets current child safety standards recommended by the Window Covering Manufacturers Association. Parents and grandparents consistently tell us the cordless feature gives them peace of mind in nurseries and playrooms.
Yes—the bracket grip pads are designed to work on wood, vinyl, aluminum, and steel window frames. The key requirement is that your frame has at least 1 inch of depth (front to back) for the brackets to fit properly.
If you have unusually shallow frames, our extension bracket set adds 1 to 3 inches of reach while maintaining the tool-free installation method. Just measure your frame depth before ordering to ensure compatibility.
Dust closed slats weekly with a microfiber cloth or duster to prevent buildup. For deeper cleaning, remove the blinds and submerge them in warm soapy water (mild dish soap works best), then wipe both sides of each slat with a soft sponge.
Rinse thoroughly, shake off excess water, and rehang while damp—they air-dry in about an hour. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or rough brushes that can damage the UV-resistant coating. For stubborn spots, a 50/50 vinegar-water solution removes grime without scratching.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the brackets, headrail, lift mechanism, and slats for three full years from your purchase date. If any component fails due to faulty materials or workmanship, we'll send you a free replacement part or a new blind.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear like minor scratches. Filing a claim is simple—just contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll process your replacement within 2 business days.
